Varsity Networks is a rapidly growing, early-stage internet media company serving the high school and youth sports industry, and as the new power behind Fox NY's new "MyFoxLocker" web property, we are looking for exceptional developers to drive our current and next generation of PHP, ASP/ASP.NET VBScript/C# SQL-driven "TeamAssist" web applications platform.

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing porting of code base to new ASP.Net-based architecture.
• Working with product designers to "spec" new feature requirements
• Coding new web tools and features
• Designing test cases and executing unit testing code modules
• Contributing to the development of coding standards and best practices

Qualifications / Experience

• BA in computer science or engineering
• 4+ years developing web-based database applications
• ASP.NET,C#,VBscript,XML,Javascript,SQL
• Expert knowledge of HTML, DHTML
• Working understanding of Flash is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ideal candidates will experience working on large-scale, consumer-facing media-centric web applications
• A plus if you are familiar with the sports
